Artisan Aesthetic Clinics celebrates six month milestone
In just six months, Vita Group’s premium non-invasive medical aesthetics brand, Artisan Aesthetic Clinics has achieved significant progress in establishing itself as a leader in the $1 billion dollar industry.  
 
Since opening its first clinic on Brisbane’s Racecourse Road in November 2018, Artisan has grown to operate 13 clinics across Queensland, New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. This includes its own training academy, The Face Academy which offers independent training services to doctors and nurses within the aesthetics industry. 
 
The brand has also established a very strong medical team with 11 highly qualified cosmetic doctors and more than 35 nurses and dermal therapists, each of whom are governed by Artisan’s own medical board, which ensures client safety, results and best practice.  
 
Established to provide Australians with a high-quality, bespoke and medically-led alternative to the standard experience currently on offerVita Group Chief Executive Officer, Maxine Horne says she’s been blown away by the public’s response to the Artisan brand. 
 
We set out with the intent to lead the premium end of the non-invasive aesthetics market, where prior to our launch there was no major player operating at scale,” she said. “We are now well and truly on our way to realising our goal. Over the past six months we’ve welcomed more than 16,500 clients to our clinics94% of whom say they would recommend us to their family and friends. This is excellent feedback and great validation that our service offering and the way we make our clients feel is resonating very strongly.” 
 
Artisan’s point of difference lies in its medical focus and personalised approach, with its extensive range of cosmetic injectable, laser and light, skin tightening, dermal and body contouring treatments, tailored to each individual client’s need.  
 
“At Artisan, delivering the best client experience is paramount,” said Ms Horne. “We achieve this by consulting with our clients, understanding their goals and advising on the right personalised treatment plan.” 
 
In terms of the future for Artisan, Ms Horne said the progress made over the past six months is just the beginning. Further clinics are set to follow over the coming months, in line with the brand’s strategy to establish a premium, national network of 70 to 90 clinics over the next five years.
