Challenging our General Managers for charity!
On Friday 8 July, our three 'fearless' channel leaders — Alex Kuh (GM Retail), Richard Allen (GM small-to-medium business), and Paul Edmondson (GM Vita Enterprise Solutions) — will each put on a brave face and undertake some daring acts of courage! Their aim is to raise money for Vita Foundation's hero charity, Act for Kids.
They've signed up to do one of the following stomach-churning activities...
If we raise $5,000, they will climb the Q1 tower at the Gold Coast
If we raise $10,000, they will ride the Vomatron at the Gold Coast
(never heard of it, or think it looks tame? click here...)
If we raise $15,000 they will swim with the sharks at Underwater World.
The team at Vita Group is getting behind Alex, Richard and Paul to raise money for a great cause.
Who's Act for Kids?Act for Kids is an Australian charity working tirelessly to prevent and treat child abuse and neglect. They provide free professional therapy for children who have suffered abuse, as well as support for families at risk. Their Learn to Be Safe with Emmy and Friends program teaches grade one kids to recognise when they feel safe and unsafe, to identify trusted adults in their own lives and what they can do when they feel unsafe. The program is taught at school through weekly one-hour workshops over five weeks.
Our team will be working hard to raise money for this great cause, and you're invited to join us. Get started by clicking here — every $50 raised means that another child will be able to go through the Learn to Be Safe with Emmy and Friends program.
